Q. My feet are so dry and my heels are starting to crack. I have tried all types of moisturizers, but nothing seems to help. Is there anything that I can do to help my feet look and feel better?

Q. I have been reading a lot about Massage Therapy and the various different types of massages available. I am very interested in having a massage, but I am not sure what is the best type of massage for me. Can you explain the different types of massages?

A. You are absolutely correct that massage is on the forefront these days as being one of the best things you can do for yourself. Massage is no longer thought of as a service that one “treats” them self to once a year, but more of a monthly maintenance program to relieve stress in the various areas of your body. Therapeutic Massage is the basis of all Body Massage. This massage is the best to start with if you have not had a massage before. On your first visit with a Massage Therapist you will be asked to fill out a Client Questionnaire that will give the therapist all the information needed regarding you general health. The Therapist will then be able to recommend which type of massage suits your needs. Q. I am getting married in June and I would like to know when I should book my consultation appointments for my hair and make-up? Also do you offer any Packages designed specifically for brides?

A. We always suggest booking your consultation appointment no more than 2weeks before the day of the wedding. At the consultation appointment we review any hairstyles you have in mind for your special day and do a trial run with your headpiece at the time. It is also best to schedule a trial run for your make-up as well.

We do offer a package for our Brides called the Classic Bride. This package includes

hairstyle with headpiece and make-up application prior to your wedding day as well as the day of the wedding, finishing with a French Manicure. Purchasing the Classic Bride Package ahead of time and having your Hair and Make-up previewed before the big day, really makes for a relaxing experience on your Wedding Day.

Q. This time of year my skin is so pale. Does Sunless Tanning really work and what should you wear to a Sunless Tanning Session?

A. Sunless Tanning is the safest way to get a beautiful tan. There are many different types of self tanners on the market today. A Professional sunless tanning application is performed by a licensed esthetician. First the skin is exfoliated and then the self tanner is applied. At this point the Technician is able to see any un-even tones in the application and is able to correct it before it is too late.
