Our Policies


In order to make everyone’s visit as relaxing as possible, Style Master Salon and Spa operates under the following policies. Please read them completely and ask us any questions you may have.

Appointments

We require a credit/debit card to be on file for all clients. You still may pay for your services with cash. We will only charge the card on file if you fail to show up for your appointment without notice or request that card be used for payment.

Gratuity

Gratuity is always welcome and greatly appreciated. It may only be accepted in the form of cash or venmo. We cannot process gratuity on credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our “appointment only” small business, when appointments are not cancelled in an efficient amount of time, our providers are found with lost revenues. For this reason appointments must be cancelled 24hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or unfulfilled appointments will incur a service charge of 50% of the full service price scheduled.

Late Policy

We are committed to giving you the best personalized service possible. Please notify us if you are running late. In order to accommodate all our scheduled guests, we may need to adjust services, service providers or potentially reschedule your appointments.

Service Guarantee Policy

At Style Masters Salon our goal is to exceed your expectations. In the event that you are not satisfied with your service please contact us within seven days and we will take the necessary steps to address your concerns. We take great pride in creating the best experience possible and desire to achieve a 100% guest satisfaction rating.

Payments Policy

We accept cash, credit/debit cards. We do not accept personal checks. For services requiring multiple appointments or extensive time, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Return Policy

Unused and unopened retail products may be returned within 5 days of a specified period for a refund or exchange with proof of purchase. Used or opened products may not be returned or exchanged.

Children

For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times while in the salon. Children not receiving services are not permitted in any service area of the salon. Children under the age of 18 may not receive services without a parent present.

Confidentiality Policy

Client information and records are kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Series and Gift Certificates

All series packages are non-refundable and are to be used exclusively for the purchased treatment within the designated time period.
